Hello everyone! I made a tutorial section because some of the stuff I have been making is just really too bulky or oddly sized to sell, so I'd rather just show people how to make it so you can make it yourself. My first tutorial is how to make a stand for your kigurumi masks. Some people use mic stands, foam heads, camera tripods, but I've made a stand that's specifically made to hold and display your mask.

Hello everyone, and sorry I haven't updated recently ^^; Christmas is a busy time and work has me very tired. I'm hoping to get something done for the holiday season, but I just can't find an outfit I like yet so that's why I'm going shopping today!

I replaced my Motoko Kusanagi (GitS) costume since it broke, with Jill Valentine (Resident Evil). I turned my widescreen video camera on it's side to get a full body view of myself =3 So even if you got to see my webcam, this one should be a lot better since this is what I was watching to line myself up.

Hello everyone! I did a webcam on 10/25/2007 to test my new widescreen video camera. I still have to get used to it and play with the settings and how to encode the videos, but the first test was fun! I did find out DailyMotion.com does not like widescreen videos so I had to figure out how to resize the video. ^^; Since I had never had to do it before, it took a while to figure it out. I had to use a filter someone wrote for VirtualDub to do it, but it's done! And I shouldn't have any problems in the future now!

For some reason I could not broadcast in Rabbit's chatroom. Every time I did both Internet Explorer and Firefox would crash. =( I reinstalled a few things and it still crashes. ;_; At least I can broadcast through my site! I think the problem has something to do with how Flash installed because everything else works fine.

But anyway! There are two videos, one is of my "white mesh" outfit everyone loves, and the other is of my new Super Girl pajamas! ^-^ You can view them in the videos section, the new videos are at the bottom.

Hello again! Last night I showed my Halloween costume via webcam. I am surprised I had so many people asking me who I was dressed as o.o I thought I did a really popular character! I was Motoko Kusanagi from Ghost in the Shell! Bad thing is... when I got the costume the gloves weren't shaped like human hands, the black parts were out of cheap seat covering and the black started separating and pealing away as I wore the costume. And when I went to put the costume away after the cam, the zipper on the silver spandex suit broke at the top and now I can't even unzip it to wear it. So I contacted the seller and got a refund, so now I have to send back the costume and be costumeless for Halloween =(

But on the bright side! I did get a good webcam out of it at least before it really broke apart. So I uploaded two videos of me in that outfit, and another one of a new outfit! They're all located in the videos section, newest videos are on the bottom. Hmm... I might want to reorder them so the new ones are on the top. Maybe another day =3

I was brave today! I went out to a local park with a friend of mine and took photos! I did two outfits and gave my fan system a field test, it works very well!

I was very nervous leaving the house, I just had to run out and hop in the car as Miharu hoping my neighbors didn't see me. We even went through the drive through for food! I couldn't see very well but I know I was getting at least a few looks. It's not every day an orange tiger girl rides shotgun on the highway! We went to the park and found a picnic area that wasn't being used and stayed for a couple hours taking photos. We were right by the road side, so bicyclists, runners, and cars were going by all the time. Some slowed down and I just had to giggle. There were even people riding horses. o.o

It'll take me a bit to get the photos up on the site, but stay tuned! Hopefully I can eventually do more of this kinda thing =3 Only so much you can do in your home!

A friend and I have been working on this cooling system for a little while, we finally finished it and it's now installed inside of Miharu! Variations on this design are now on sale in the Gift Shop! As are our assortment of glasses. Please stop by and check out our products!

I uploaded the AFW pics (finally) and a new piece of fan art! The fan art is an amazing piece of work, it's all done with cut out pieces of paper. The creator, Casey, actually sent it to me! I have it hanging on my wall right now. Sadly, the glass in the frame didn't make the trip T_T But anyway! The AFW pics are up, so be sure to check those out as well as the Paper Miharu picture =3

...and I have no idea what to be. ^^;; Reika reminded me it was coming, and we talked about costumes for a bit. But I really have no idea what I could dress as. So if you have any ideas for Reika or myself, just let us know =3 I'm hoping for something that doesn't cover me completely and hide my tiger design... and not something so revealing it might be considered adult. ^^;; So keep your minds clean and give up some ideas! =3

I had the worst flight on Earth getting to and from AFW. On the way back I had a 24 hour layover, and Reika let me stay at her house so guess what we did! Photo shoot! The pictures from that are now up on the site under 2007. The new galleries are called Orihime, White Mesh, and Military.

But in case anyone wants to hear about my flight... going down I missed my plane, it left early. >_< I had to stay 4 hours for the next one, got that... then the connecting flight's plane had mechanical issues (broken toilet) ^^; They were going to let us on since it was a short flight and after half the plane was loaded they changed their minds. The repairs added about another hour or so to my flight. After I finally got to Reika I had spent roughly 12 hours flying when I should have only spent like 4-5 hours.

On the way back there was the 24 hour delay, we almost got to the airport when I received a phone call saying my flight was canceled. Stayed with Reika, sleep, photo shoot, back to airport where the flight just kept getting more and more delayed. The lady was nice enough to really try to get me home, snuck me on a different flight leaving right before the tornado hit. It wasn't until I was on the plane when I thought... "Um, maybe I should have just stayed put. I don't wanna die." ^^; But thankfully I got to the next airport just fine. But they made us wait on the plane for another hour because we had no gate... and this made almost everyone on the plane miss their connecting flights. I had to stay over night in the airport, sleeping where ever I could. Needless to say I felt homeless and did not sleep well. I had my Miharu mask in a duffel bag that I carried, so I wasn't about to let her out of my sight, so I slept clutching her. After the 11 hours or so of a lay over, I was on my way back with pains everywhere from how I slept. And I had missed a part day of work, and used my extra day off in the airports... so I had to go straight to work after cleaning up fast. Not a fun flight ^^;

Word of advice, American Airlines aren't very nice to their customers, don't fly with them. =( I talked to many people in the company, called numbers, etc... no one but that one lady who got me the flight back seemed to care.

Anyway, I'll work on getting the AFW pics up soon!

Hello everyone! I bet you wonder what the new "Gift Shop" link is for? Well I'm now selling kigurumi accessories! For now, I've just made glasses but I plan to make more things for our masks to make them cute and more custom in appearance! If you have ideas for what I can make, please let me know!

Anyway, I'm off to AFW at 5am tomorrow... and I'll be gone until Monday. So if you need to contact me, odds are I won't have any internet access at the convention. I'd be happy if I did! But I don't own a laptop or anything... maybe Reika will bring hers hehe.

Hello everyone! I just got home to some exciting news, Reika and I have been invited to go to Otakon 2008 next year as guests! Reika doesn't know yet, hehe... gonna be a big surprise for her when I break the news! There will at least be one panel on kigurumi, if not more. I'll try and plan for as many as I can possibly do, and that they have time for.

I was told they were very impressed with us and would love to have us back next year. So plan your trips now if you want to see us in person! I have a few other ideas for more stuff we can do, but that's secret for now! Tee hee! You'll just have to wait and see what we're cooking up for Otakon 2008!
