A short while later Scott sent me some fanart of us playing together yesterday! At first I was really stinking, only won one arena match between us but toward the end we were about 50/50 =3
I've been having the worst time with computers lately. My main PC... oh how I wanted to hurt it ^^; I decided to take it apart to clean it, which I should do more often, and I figure I might as well redo the cords to get the air flowing better and prepare for the new hard drive. So I do that and now for some reason my computer is now randomly turning off. TωT So I spend two days trying to figure it out, had to call off work yesterday because I couldn't even use the computer reliably.
And what's worse, the first night of fighting my computer I think I fix it so I go downstairs to watch anime with Nami, and I hook my laptop up to the TV to play it and the laptop freezes! I just can't win ^^;; I try to reboot the laptop and it won't get pass the boot screen. TωT So on the day I call off work I also have to call in about the laptop, turns out I was right... the hard drive is toast. But I did learn I can open up the laptop case to some degree and not void my warranty! So the guy had me pulling out hard drives and memory, which was very interesting to me. He couldn't figure out how to get it to boot, so he is sending a new hard drive.
After hanging up with HP Nami had an idea on how to get it to work. The bad sounds were coming from the second hard drive so we removed that one only, and the laptop booted! Yay! So now I can at least use my laptop while I wait for the replacement hard drive. And I think I have my main PC working again too, but I'm leaving the case partially apart until the end of today. I can't count how many times I thought I fixed it, put the case together and put it back, only to have it start turning of randomly again. @_@
Also I am still unsure if I will be able to make Fur Fright in October. Work FINALLY gave me a new schedule set to bid on, so now I wait to see if I can get a good schedule, THEN try to see if I can get the time off ^^;; Yay troubles~ @_@
I got a very interesting fan art last night! Ever wondered what a Kigurumi Café video game would look like? Well wonder no more! You can at least see an opening screen for one! (Note: No, it's not a real game)
I've been a bit bored the past two days at work so I made some minor changes to the site. I added the Mixi link in the upper right for those who have www.mixi.jp accounts so they can find me easily. I also changed the color/style of my Xbox 360 image to match the site better. And since I got the Orange Box and plan to play Team Fortress 2 a bit I decided to also add my Steam account under the Gamer Kitty section! So if anyone wants to play just go ahead and add me to your Steam friends! =3
I have also been having computer problems with my main PC, and it's been driving me nuts! =@ω@= I need to really reinstall Windows but that's a very long, boring task. But it really needs to be done so I don't have all these continuing problems TωT I might tackle it this weekend if I'm feeling brave... at least I have my laptop to stay online while I work on it! ^ω^
When putting the new gallery up I didn't notice but I also had a new photo shoot for Astaroth in there, and the new gallery script automatically made it available. Oops! Well no big deal, it had to be released soon anyway! Below is a link to the new photo shoot for Astaroth.
I finally finished rewriting the code for the new gallery. I have never used this before so this is a beta run to see if there are any bugs. I am aware the front page of it takes a while to load. I'm looking into that. The rest of the pages should load alright, but if they are a bit slow it's because there have been no thumbnails generated yet, the first view generates thumbnails so every time after that should be faster.
If you find any errors or bugs let me know! If you have a comment about the gallery let me know that as well.
All old links to the gallery are now bad because the new gallery script runs differently and the pics are in different locations. So if you bookmarked my gallery for some reason change your bookmark.
Just as the title says, I'm working on the gallery because there was an issue with it hiding things behind the navigation on the right. So I will be working on the gallery. If you see something weird please do not report it because lots of strange things will happen while I am troubleshooting what the cause is. =P
Reika took these photos while she was visiting. I was just sitting on them waiting for a good time to release them. And today things were going bleh and I was severely bored again so I decided to post the pictures. We got the top on a shopping trip to the mall Reika and I went on, she gave me her discount card for that store and I gave her mine for another store! So it all worked out in the end. =3 Anyway, I hope you like the new photoshoot from Astaroth!
We also had fun and took some Hear no evil, see no evil, speak no evil shots and I put them all together in one pic!
I was randomly searching myself and my site on Google to see where I was ending up because I was both bored and sick at work yesterday and I found some great links on some great sites! Also found my site linked on a site I'd rather not be on @_@. But I sent a request to be removed from there. But anyway, one of the great things I found was myself in an Anthrocon video!
I finished the calendar pretty much on time! Yaaay! It's hard to remember to do this after so much time has passed.. every two months is a bit much. @_@ I decided to give Astaroth this one since Miharu has been on everything up until now. ^ω^
I went to visit Jadaira over the break and we had a lot of fun, hung out and had some fun. ^ω^ Naturally we also took some photos too! We went to a park then a cemetary and had a great time and took lots of nice photos. Kasi (FrostElf) took the pics for us using my camera and I think they all turned out wonderful! ^ω^
Anyway I will just get to the photos and I hope everyone else had as much fun as I did over the holiday weekend! ^ω^
I uploaded three new videos today! Two of them are really one long video split into two so I could get it on the net. Reika and I played some Rock band while she was visiting, we even played with Rabbit toward the end. The other video is Reika and I doing the Mecha Shiva from the cartoon Venture Brothers (Cartoon Network).

If you were wondering why the site was down for about a day or so, it was because I thought it'd be easy to update the main code for the site.... I thought wrong! So once I started I had to update EVERYTHING that ran the site. Also had to figure it all out again because the code changed so much, also had to get a new theme because the old one would not work... but at least that made me use my new logo! =3 I've been sitting on that new KC logo for a while.
Anyway, nothing really has changed to the site that will effect the viewer except it looks different, but at least it is up to date code wise now and looks nicer. =3
